Fuel storage depot designed and partially constructed was taken over by VTTI. Depot comprises of 11 above ground vertical tanks each with tank gauging, High level alarms, and Motorized valves on both inlet and outlet. A truck loading gantry with electronic fuel loading system connected to a fuel Facs accounting system. A services building housing a 1 MVA transformer, between switch room and control room in the office block. Tank and general earth system. Area and perimeter lighting. A fire fighting system. A CCTV networks.
