Construction of a parallel 10 inch pipeline to existing Line 2 from Nairobi to Eldoret a total of 326 Km with new pumping stations at Nairobi PS 21 and Nakuru PS 24. Mains power upgrade in Nairobi with installation of a 6.3 MVA, 66/3.3 KV transformer and a 6.3 MVA, 33/3.3 KV  transformer substation. Tie in at Nakuru PS 25, at Sinedet PS 26 and at Eldoret PS 27
