Apart from designs at new sites, Petrotrack Eng. carries out asset valuation assessment of facilities. Petrotrack was involved with asset valuation for plant and machinery for KENGEN prior to the company’s Initial Public Offer in 2005. Petrotrack engineering had previously been involved via Lloyd Masika in a similar exercise for Telkom Kenya Ltd during the restructuring program of the corporation.
The company has in the recent past undertaken projects in the power sector for Ministry of Energy through Norken (K) Ltd and for Kenya Power and Lighting Co. Ltd. In 2010 Petrotrack undertook electrical asset valuation for the 3 terminals in Mombasa being managed by Total Kenya Ltd.
In 2011 Petrotrack undertook valuation of National Oil Nairobi Terminal in association with Crystal Valuers Ltd. Petrotrack covered all electrical and Mechanical assets of the terminal.
